
Boat-shaped Turkish pizza with a crispy edge, filled with spiced ground meat, cheese, or sucuk sausage and egg.

Mix ground meat with diced onion, tomato, peppers, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
Divide dough into 2 portions and roll each into an oval shape, about 30cm long.
Spread meat filling down the center of each oval, leaving borders.
Fold edges up and pinch the ends into points to create a boat shape.
Bake at 230C for 12 minutes, then crack an egg into the center and bake 3 more minutes.
Top with grated kashar cheese and return to oven for 2 minutes until melted.
Brush edges with melted butter. Cut into slices and serve hot.
