Soak breadcrumbs in milk for 5 minutes. Grate onion finely.
Mix beef, pork, soaked breadcrumbs, grated onion, egg, allspice, salt, and white pepper. Mix until smooth and slightly sticky.
Roll into small, evenly-sized balls — about 3cm each. Wet your hands to prevent sticking.
Brown meatballs in butter in batches over medium-high heat until golden all over. Set aside.
In the same pan, add a tablespoon of flour and stir 1 minute. Pour in broth, then cream.
Simmer until the sauce thickens, 5-8 minutes. Season with soy sauce for depth.
Return meatballs to sauce and simmer 10 minutes. Serve with mashed potatoes, lingonberry jam, and quick-pickled cucumber.
