Cook soaked red beans with a hogao (onion, tomato, garlic sofrito) until creamy, about 2 hours. Season well.
Cook white rice until fluffy.
Season ground beef with cumin, garlic, and salt. Cook until browned and crumbly.
Score pork belly skin, rub with salt, and fry or bake until chicharron is puffed and very crispy.
Slice ripe plantains lengthwise and fry until caramelized and golden.
Fry eggs sunny-side up. Grill chorizo until charred.
Arrange everything on a large platter: beans, rice, beef, chicharron, plantain, egg, chorizo, sliced avocado, and an arepa. This is a feast for one.
