Mix flour, 80g sugar, and cold cubed butter with your fingertips until the mixture resembles coarse breadcrumbs.
Add one egg and mix briefly to form a soft dough. Press evenly into a buttered pie dish, bringing the edges up the sides.
Spread the wild blueberries evenly over the crust.
Whisk together sour cream, remaining sugar, one egg, and vanilla sugar until smooth.
Pour the custard mixture evenly over the blueberries.
Bake at 200C for 30-35 minutes until the filling is set and the crust is golden.
Let cool for at least 20 minutes before slicing.
Serve warm or at room temperature with vanilla sauce or a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Store at room temperature for 1 day. Refrigerate up to 4 days. Freeze wrapped for 2 months. Best served slightly warm with vanilla sauce or ice cream.
