Korea's treasured winter citrus drink made from yuzu marmalade, a sweet-tart elixir believed to ward off winter colds.

Spoon yuja marmalade into a large mug.
Grate ginger finely and add to the mug.
Pour hot water over the marmalade and ginger.
Stir well until the marmalade is fully dissolved.
Add honey to taste.
Float a few pine nuts on top, sip slowly and let the citrus oils clear your sinuses.
